Counselling how it can help

Experience has shown me that there are many reasons why people come to counselling - sometimes it is a specific issue which a person wants to address, sometime a negative event has had an impact on a person's life and sometimes people simply want to take a closer look at themselves. You don't need to have a specific 'thing' to choose Counselling.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy however am trained as an integrative Counsellor so use all or any approaches as suited to the client and need.
